The tool is individually adapted to the product in hand by means of the active parts employed in the various modules. It is manufactured using Stepper special carbide or Stepper special ceramic, finished to the utmost surface quality (up to Ra 0.01 µm with a contour accuracy of 1µm) using our own inhouse developed Super Surface technology, and finally given the Stepper Special Diamond Coating in our own coating machines - for a hardness of up to 5000 HV and exceptional service life.
